i was almost ready to give a good review but just couldn’t. The absence of electrical outlets by the mirror made my mornings very awkard, and let’s not forget that the hotel was absolutely not handicapped friendly. of course, no room upgrade was offered, which would’ve been a nice touch. i expected better treatment, honestly.
